I think the translator took one too many liberties but then again many people who know more about this than I do claim it's a pretty good translation. <a href="http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Romans%201;&version=65;" rel="nofollow">Romans 1</a>, for example, reads quite differently. You know what, if you’re intent on another version of the Bible, you could try The Message.
